UM support for WVR V6.1

Abstract

Unified Messaging for WebSphere Voice Response now supports WebSphere Voice Response version 6.1

Unified Messaging for WebSphere Voice Response Version 4.2 has until now been supported on WebSphere Voice Response Version 4.2. IBM is pleased to announce that Unified Messaging is now supported on the latest version of WebSphere Voice Response, Version 6.1.

All Unified Messaging features are supported on WVR V6.1 apart from Simple Message Desk Interface (SMDI).

Support for UM V4.2 on WVR V6.1 is provided from:

1) UM fix level 4.2.0.149 (PTFs U834186 and U834209) or later

AND

2) WVR fix level 6.1.0.223 (PTF U833984) or later

Support for use of the state table driven telephony user interface with text-to-speech (TTS) is provided from:

1) UM fix level 4.2.0.153 (PTF U850310) or later

AND

2) WVR fix level 6.1.0.300 (PTF U843720) or later
