Problem(Abstract)
CWPWS2028E: Unable to find soap received in TPM 7.1.1 when customer runs script to get the value of a local server ID. This request fails with JAXRPCExceptions:CWPWS2028E: Unable to find soap
Symptom
In a TPM 7.1.1 environment, AIX 6.1, customer issued script soapcli to get the value of a local server ID.
soapcli username password
http://localhost:8777/ws/pid/TpmLiteSoapService?wsdl getLocalServerId
This request failed with JAXRPCExceptions while executing TpmLiteSoapClientInvoker java script :
CWPWS9337E: Could not resolve the error on server side
CWPWS2028E: Unable to find soap:faultString inside soap:fault: {http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/}Fault
Resolving the problem
This failure is caused by the incorrect user ID and password passed to the soapcli script (invalid credentials). The user ID and password must be those of the Tivoli Provisioning Manager database user maxadmin.
