Problem
How to get the fix for WebSphere Flat File Adapter for failing asynchronous mediation event after server re-start.
Symptom
When WebSphere Flat File Adapter is configured for assured once delivery and events are being processed asynchronously, a failing event will be processed and archived successfully after server re-start.
This is a known issue and a fix has been created to address it.
