Support of legacy versions
We strongly encourage you to migrate to the most recent version of your licensed product to take full advantage of your software investment. However, we understand that your development schedule may not synchronize with our product release cycles. For the convenience of those customers who wish to continue using legacy versions, a new dedicated site called ILOG Legacy Support Site (https://www.ibm.com/services/forms/preLogin.do?source=swg-ilogspt) gathers the most recent supported release levels of IBM ILOG products published before July 1, 2009 together with their updates. See the table at the end of this note for a complete list of available versions. The table also shows the planned End of Support date for each version.

Downloading legacy product releases or updates
Access to the ILOG Legacy Support Site is restricted to former ILOG customers with active maintenance contracts, current as of July 1st 2009. To log on to the ILOG Legacy Support Site, you will need your IBM ID (the same ID as you use to access the IBM Support portal) and your ILOG Maintenance Contract Number, or MCN, (in the form of IL/XX/XXXX/XX/XXXXXX). Once you enter these credentials, you will be presented with a list of products to which you are entitled. From this list, you can select the files you want to download.

Reporting defects
Should you wish to report a defect and open a Problem Management Record (PMR) against one of these legacy releases please use the version indicated in the fourth column of the table below and let the IBM Support team know the version you are working with as you describe the defect.

New updates
Product updates (patches or technical releases as appropriate) will be posted on the ILOG Legacy Support Site as they become available. Updates for some older versions may also be available on request. The support engineer managing your PMR will be pleased to assist you.
