Problem
You run a CREATE TABLE command using the IN clause but see errors 261 and 130.
Symptom
261: Cannot create file for table (owner.tablename).
130: ISAM error: no such DBspace
Cause
You are trying to create a table in a dbspace that does not exist.
Resolving The Problem
- Create the table in an existing dbspace. Run onstat -d for a list of dbspaces. onstat -d command: Print chunk information
- Create the dbspace you specified in the CREATE command using onspaces. Then rerun your CREATE statement. onspaces -c -d: Create a dbspace
