Cause
The nlnotes process crashed with error: ACCESS_VIOLATION on function IsHotSpotCtlStub.
The top of the crash stack seems to indicate a bad hotspot within the data that was sent with the e-mail. Check the last message the user sent that caused the crash and see if there are any hotspots in the message content.
Resolving the problem
This issue is fixed in 8.5.1 Fix Pack 5 and 8.5.2.
Fix details: SPR# ADC74JQ3F
