What resources are available to help customers transition to IBM Support systems and processes?


With the transition to IBM, many procedures for ILOG products have changed.
For customers, the key steps are to create new accounts in the IBM system,
then to note the new websites to manage service requests, products, and licenses.

First, it is important to set up your account numbers and website access:

  • Locate your IBM numbers
  • Create your IBM web account

From there, you can do work with the products:
  • View APARs
  • Create Service Requests
