The IBM Support Assistant (ISA) is designed to put the tools in your hands for self help. ISA is a full desktop application that is free and has plugins to provide you with answers on your Tivoli products.
ISA Lite is a small application designed to quickly collect data relevant to your applications and environment that will assist support in quickly getting to the bottom of any issues you may report. You do not need the full ISA application to use ISA Lite. Find the ISA Lite tool for your product and have it handy when you report a problem.
