Resolving the problem
There are three known reasons for this issue: A. IBM Tivoli Monitoring account is locked or disabled B. Warehouse Proxy’s ITMUSER password is incorrect C. Tivoli Common Reporting datasource’s ITMUSER password is incorrect Resolutions: A. Unlock/enable the ITMUSER account. 1. Right click on My Computer and click on Manager 2. Expand System Tools and Local Users and Groups and click on Users 3. Right click on ITMUser and click Properties 4. On the General tab, verify that the account is not disabled or locked B. Re-enter the correct password for the Warehouse Proxy’s ITMUSER account 1. In Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Services, right click Warehouse Proxy and choose Reconfigure 2. Go through all the windows until you get to “Configure DB2 Data Source for Warehouse Proxy” 3. Retype in the correct password for the ITMUSER C.
