Question

Which analyzer is used for search indexing in IBM Rational Change?

Answer

The following entry is exists in the pt.cfg file located at CS_HOME\cs_app\webapps\synergy\WEB_INF\wsconfig directory.

This is the default search analyzer in Change.

    ===============================================

    #  This setting specifies the analyzer used for search indexing. The analyzer should be a

    #  sub-class of org.apache.lucene.analysis.Analyzer & should be accessible to the CS

    #  (java) application. To use the stop words specified in stopwords.txt, the Analyzer needs

    #  to have a constructor that accepts stop words (String[]). This constructor should have

    #  only one parameter i.e. String[]

    #

    #  Default: org.apache.lucene.analysis.standard.StandardAnalyzer

    #

    [CCM_SYSTEM][SEARCH_ANALYZER]org.apache.lucene.analysis.standard.StandardAnalyzer[/SEARCH_ANALYZER][/CCM_SYSTEM]
