Problem(Abstract)
During installation of the agent for Tivoli Dynamic Workload Broker (TDWB) it is possible for the subagent deploy step to fail due to a hardware message.
Symptom
In the /tmp/TDWB/Agent/summary.log file the following entry is logged:
The following item failed to install:
Deploy subagent (<hostname>)
It failed for the following reason:
OUT [AWKSRI165E The feature installation failed. Error message is "Error starting bundle com.ibm.tivoli.cit.providers.bundle.CITProviders" ]

Cause
Part of the subagent deployment includes a hardware scan which, if not successful, will cause a failure to deploy. In one case, it was found that there was a redundant non-active drive that was generating a SCSI warning.
Resolving the problem
Resolve the hardware warning or error, remove agent registration information from the TDWB Server, and attempt the installation again.
