Is there a way to set up auto generation for Condition Monitoring?
Answer
Scheduling Measure Point Wogen Crontask generate Condition Monitoring Work Orders.
Cron tasks are behind-the-scene jobs set to run automatically and on a fixed schedule.
Maximo contains a set of default cron tasks, but you can also create custom cron tasks to fit your business needs.
Cron tasks include activities like generating preventive maintenance work orders and reordering inventory items on a schedule.
1. Go To CronTast Application.
2. From the List Tab, select the Cron Task definition you want to work with is this MeasurePointWoGenCronTask.
3. Enter a name in the Cron Task Instance Name field.
4. Click Set Schedule to open the Set Schedule dialog.
5. Setup the appropriate interval.
6. Check the Active? field.
7. Click Save Cron Task Definition From the Select Action menu, select Reload Request.
8. Select the instance, then click OK.
Note: Cron tasks can be rescheduled and parameter values can be changed without stopping and restarting the server.
9. In Organization. Select Actions, PM Options
10. "Automatic MeasurePoint WO generation?" Check box must be checked for the Site you choose to run.
11. Use Action Limits as Work Order Generation Criteria? Check box must be checked for the Site you choose to run.
