Problem(Abstract)
When running the Jazz Build Engine (JBE process) on some Linux systems, you may receive an exception as a result of an open file limit. This is an Eclipse issue.
Symptom
When the open file limit is reached, a java.util.zip.ZipException is thrown. This prevents the JBE process from starting.
