TBSM Upgrade fails on Migration

here are a couple of screen shots from the install.
The first shows the Migration option was NOT selected. 
The second screen shot shows the install ended with The installation failed at
step: Migration Import | | | | | Resolving the problem | Migration is the last step, and should not be run during an Upgrade/install.
Since migration wasn't supposed to run anyway, is the last step in the install, and didn't actually reach a point where it was doing anything, the customers install is valid. The system is in the same state now that it would have been in with a successful install. So unless the customer just wants to see the install success message, there isn't much reason in them reinstalling. However, the only way to get rid of the "bad" error message would be to reinstall one more time but first rename /opt/IBM/_uninst/TBSMInstall folder. Then the install/upgrade and the install will succeed without the migration error. | | | | | | | | Historical Number | PMR27692
