Problem(Abstract)
Attempts to generate new maintenance orders using the IBM Rational License Key Center results in the message "No upgradeable licenses found for this item".
Cause
There could be two reasons:
- The maintenance renewal order has come through to a different account and not to the account where the licenses reside
- The licenses are not yet deployed to a server
Resolving the problem
- If the maintenance renewal order has come through to a different account and not to the account where the licenses reside, contact your sales administrator to have the entitlements moved to one account
- If the licenses are not yet deployed to a server, deploy the licenses and then generate the maintenance renewal order.
