Server document is deleted automatically.

 Technote (troubleshooting)

Problem
If you register Server and User with same name.i.e. Test/DMN. Now when we delete user Test/DMN, the server document is deleted and correspoding entry is also removed from the database ACL.

Symptom
No server document

Cause
This is possible when the Server name is same as the test user's last name, and leaving the
first name field blank. After doing that, there is no error message that appears to warn if the user name will match a server name.

Resolving the problem
Currently there is no solution for this. Enhancement request in SPR# DMNI7UL443 is already submitted to Lotus Quality Engineering. This might be considered to fix in future releases.
