4.2.0.0-TIV-BSM-IF0004 fails on 3rd party ssl cert

Problem(Abstract)
tried to install TBSM 4.2's IF4, but it hangs.
Symptom
Install launches and creates a log but doesn't appear to ever fully initialize. The install hangs.
checking the install logs found :
SSL signer from target host null is not found in trust store
And then it later says:
Add signer to the trust store now? (y/n)
Cause
only affect customers that have switched to using a 3rd party SSL certificate on the Dashboard server

Resolving the problem
1. Follow the "* Special considerations" which list instruction on installing - WAS Update Installer (WUI).
2. If you are using 3rd party SSL certs, Prior to patch install, you need to run the ./serverstatus.sh -all command when it returns "Add signer to the trust store now? (y/n) answer y
3. Edit/create file 'sampleFP1_response.txt' as described under the "* Installing this Interim Fix" section of the patch readme.
4. Verify both the TBSM and TIP servers are down
5. Start the IF 4 install, as described in the "* Installing this Interim Fix" section of the patch readme. ./install.sh -f <absolute path to your response file>
