Technote (FAQ)

Question

What do you do for a Red Brick error with ** FATAL ** (132) Internal error in function: 'badstatus E_END_OF_FILE'.

Answer

When you get ** FATAL ** (132) Internal error in function: 'badstatus E_END_OF_FILE' follow the instructions in Collecting Data for an IBM Informix Red Brick Warehouse problem. If you can identify the table that is causing this error, run a CHECK TABLE and CHECK INDEX , with the VERBOSE and VALIDATE FULL parameters, on all indexes of the table. Save all summary and report files generated by CHECK TABLE and CHECK INDEX.

Run CHECK INDEX on any indexes marked invalid during a load operation. If the index is a foreign key or has foreign keys, run CHECK INDEX on all primary keys and foreign keys related to the index.
