Problem(Abstract)
An embedded situation does not fire if any embedded situation has MISSING function and combined with other functions except VALUE function.
Symptom
The embedded situation with more than one cell function, includes MISSING and other function fires but the embedded situation won't fire at all
Resolving the problem
You cannot have more than one MISSING function in a situation and it cannot be combined with any functions except VALUE. This is not supported.
for example, the below situation cannot be embedded into another situation
