While the Lotus Foundations technical support team provides support for Lotus Foundations Run itself, they do not support third-party or other IBM software installed within the Lotus Foundations Run environment. All operating systems and applications are subject to their own terms and conditions, as stated by the vendor in the software purchase agreement. For technical issues of this nature, please contact the support team related to the specific software.
