DCLoc field not inherited by child organizational policy

Problem
The "Mail-in Database for diagnostic reports" field (DCLoc) in a child policy is not passed through to the parent policy or pushed to the client.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create Org "DOM802".
2. Create Org Unit "CHILD".
3. Register a new User under Org unit "CHILD".
apply moi/CHILD/DOM802.
4. Create Policy */DOM802.
5. Create setting for this policy "DESK-ALL-ALL-1".
6. Under diagnostics, set Enforce as below:
7. Create child policy */CHILD/DOM802.
8. Create setting for this policy "DESK-PAR-ALL-1".
9. Under diagnostics, set "Mail-in Database for diagnostic reports" field explicitly as below and inherit other settings from parent policy below:
View "apply moi" User's policy synopsis for Dynamic Desktop Setting. DCLoc is not set by child policy.
Resolving the problem
The issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# AJAS7Q4D8J.
