Errors in ftelog_tables_oracle.sql SQL script for Oracle

Problem(Abstract)
This script file used to create the tables used by the File Transfer Edition Database Logger component contains some errors that prevent it from being accepted by Oracle.

Note that this ONLY applies to version 7.0.1 . The file attached in this technote is not suitable for later versions.
 
Resolving the problem
Populate the database using the attached SQL file instead of the one included with the product.
