Google feeds occasionally display "The feed is currently unavailable" when using IBM Syndicated Feed Portlet.
When viewing Google feeds using IBM Syndicated Feed Portlet for WebSphere Portal, why do I occasionally see "The feed is currently unavailable" message?
This message may be encountered when the feeds are refreshed repeatedly in a short interval of time.
This may possibly occur because Google tracks multiple incoming requests from a single IP address and restricts them after a number of attempts within a short time period. This behavior could be attributed to some extra level of security by Google.
