Problem(Abstract)
Submitting documents for late archiving using the CommonStore for SAP utility client fails with the following error:
BC07: Sending barcodes for queue QUEUENAME: Unable to reach SAP (BC_RFC_ERROR_INSERT)!
Cause
The CommonStore user that connects to SAP is locked.
Resolving the problem
Ensure that the user is not locked in SAP. To unlock the user, use transaction SU01 in the SAP client.
