Sametime 8.0.2 Telephony: Click "x" button of call status window does not end call

Problem(Abstract)
When a call is active (that is, two parties or more) and a participant clicks the 'X' button in the upper-right-hand corner to end the call, a pop-up appears with two options: "Close window, don't hang up" and "Close window, hang up." If you select "Close window, hang up", the call is not hung up, and the call status is not changed in the other call window(s).
 
Symptom
The call is not disconnected.
 
Environment
Sametime 8.0.2 only
 
Resolving the problem
This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# TPAE7N8JDH. As a workaround, you can use the new "Leave call" button to end a call successfully. To determine if a hotfix (test fix) is available, open a service request with IBM Support.
