Unable to log in to Rational Quality Manager
This technote explains how to resolve the problem with logging in to IBM Rational Quality Manager (RQM).
When accessing Rational Quality Manager using Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 7.0, the browser may hang at the login dialog even with correct credentials.
Note that after many failed attempts, users will eventually be able to log in. The issue is only observed in IE7, not in FireFox.
Resolving the problem
As a workaround, log in with Jazz admin URL (https://<host:port>/jazz/admin), then re-enter the RQM URL to bypass the RQM login screen.
