Problem(Abstract)
Not able to find Cognos Office Connection file- ccsconfig.xml
Cause
Client has Cognos 8 . This file exists in CRN only.
Environment
Cognos 8
Resolving the problem
Cognos Office connection is installed as part of Cognos8 and the ccsconfig.xml is not available in Cognos8 because COC is installed along with Cognos8 whereas for CRN, COC has to be installed separate and the ccsconfig.xml file exists in WEBINF directory.
