Problem
Doc Errata for Alloy Administrator help:

While you may run the DC Tool application from the Alloy™ server (if the Alloy administrator can access the user's mail files on the mail server), that is not a common deployment configuration.

The DC Tool application is designed to run from the mail server and is not supported when run from the Alloy™ server.
Doc Errata for Alloy User help:
-- The "When can I modify or withdraw my request?" topic contains an invalid statement, namely "You cannot modify or withdraw a request after the request has been approved but not yet posted" is not correct.
The list should read as follows:
•You cannot modify or withdraw a request that is "in process."
•You can modify or withdraw a request after you receive an "awaiting approval" notice.
•You can modify or withdraw a request after the request has been approved and posted.
