Problem(Abstract)

This technote explains the message: CRJAZ1033I Failed to fetch content _NhZ3kCDjEd2SNoyti4OvDg, that might be recorded frequently in the Jazz Team Server log from IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC).

Symptom

Here is an example of the error message in the catalina.out log file:


    05:14:59,553 [http-12002-Processor14] ERROR repository.service.internal.RdbRepositoryDataMediator - CRJAZ1033I Failed to fetch content _NhZ3kCDjEd2SNoyti4OvDg.
    com.ibm.team.repository.common.InternalRepositoryException: CRJAZ0369I Error processing row
    row = 1

Resolving the problem

When a client cancels a download of content from the server, this message is logged. The message is harmless and no action need be taken.

Jazz work item 68249 has been created to stop logging these messages.
