WPG Instance ID required for executing archiver script

Problem(Abstract)

When executing archiver script, customer's userid has database admin authority but does not work. It gives error of SQLCODE-440

Symptom

When executing archiver script with dbadm authority, error msg:

"No authorized routine named routine-name of type routine-type having compatible arguments was found"

However, WPG is expecting customer to use the schema DB2 instance id to execute the bcgarchive

Cause

Un-sound security from DB2 perspective

Resolving the problem

APAR JR31482 improves the DB2 security in using WPG archiver
