Problem
When running a report containing a UNION on DB2, an error message occurs.
Symptom
Original Error: RQP-DEF-0177 An error occurred while performing operation 'sqlOpenResult' status='-28'. UDA-SQL-0114 The cursor supplied to the operation 'APICursor::OpenResult' is inactive. UDA-SQL-0107 A general exception has occurred during the operation 'fetch' [IBM][CLI Driver] CLI0125E Function sequence error. SQLSTATE=HY010 UDA-CUR-0000 Unable to fetch the row.

Resolving The Problem
Set the 'use WITH clause when generating SQL' governor for the model in Framework Manager
