  • 64-bit operating systems for WebSphere Portal Server and WebSphere Process Server
  • 64-bit database support
  • 64-bit Adobe LiveCycle ES for your rendition and overlay server

Notes

[1]Microsoft Internet Explore 8 (IE8) support (compatibility view only) is available in IBM SCORE 6.1.1.1 or later.

The following limitations exist:

  • The IBM SCORE login session must be run in Compatibility View.  See the http://support.microsoft.com and search for “internet explorer compatibility view” (without quotes) to find information on running Compatibility View.
  • If multiple login sessions are required for IBM SCORE users on the same client system,  File > New Session must be clicked to open separate IBM SCORE sessions
[2]Adobe LiveCycle ES2 support is available in IBM SCORE 6.1.1.2 or later.
[3]Support for Oracle databases does not include support for the Oracle Exadata platform.
[4]EMC Documentum xPlore 1.0 index server support is available in IBM SCORE 6.1.1.3 or later using Documentum 6.5 SP3 or later.

EMC Documentum xPlore 1.1 index server support is available in IBM SCORE 6.1.1.4 or later using Documentum 6.7.
[5]IBM SCORE requires fixes so IBM Content Manager operates properly with it.

IBM Content Manager release 8.4.1 requires fix pack 1.  The details of the required fixes are in this article .  These fixes correspond to one-off fix 27 and the results of the cmlevel command should show “027_84101” or later, where 027 corresponds to fix 27 for release 8.4.1.1.
[6]Windows Server 2008 R2 is supported for the following IBM SCORE server components: WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal Server, and WebSphere Process Server.  IBM Content Manager 8.4.1 and DB2 9.1 are not supported on Windows Server 2008 R2.
[7]Microsoft Office 2010 requires particular middleware updates. See article for information on required middleware in support of Microsoft Office 2010.
