Problem

IBM FileNet Image Services user has already reached the maximum allowable number of sessions error code 92,0,99

Symptom

92,0,99 error in IS elogs; unable to log on to various IS Tools and client applications

Resolving The Problem

Start Xapex as fnsw user

  1. Select Applications
  2. Security Administration
  3. System Default Security settings
  4. Enter the number of concurrent logons you wish to enable in the "Maximum Concurrent Logons Per User" settings (see screen shot)
