Problem(Abstract)

Unable to run reports in Impromptu Web Reports after upgrading to Series7. The Great Outdoors samples work. Even with a new catalog and a new report the same error occurs.

Error Message -

Resolving the problem

Ensure that the database entry in the TNSNames.ORA file is pointing to the correct database.
