Resolving The Problem
Check the Session Details of the Contributor application which the GTP macro was built for. If the session detail shows a username, remove it. The same applies for Translations, remove the username from the session, see below for steps.
Steps: 1. Open Contributor Administration Console 2. Expand Applications>Application_Name>Session>Session Details 3. Click Remove to clear the username. 4. Execute GTP macro again. OR To Automate the step in a macro: 1. Select the failed macro in the Contributor Administration Console2. Add new step (bottom box) and select "remove application lock" macro from the list
3. Select the application that is failing
4. Select validate and ok
5. The step will now be added to the macro as last entry, select move up and move it to the top so it runs as first step in the macro
