How to define Union, Intersect and Except in Framework Manager

Troubleshooting

Problem

This document describes how to create union, intersect and except operations in Framework Manager

Resolving The Problem

Union, Intersect and Except operations can be performed at the metadata modelling level/stage.

This is done via the "Define Query Set" option under "Actions" menu item.

Steps:1. Select one query subject that we want to union.
2. Click on Actions.
3. Click on Define Query Set.
4. Specify name of the Unioned query subject.
5. From the drop down select Union option.
6. Then select the query subject you want to Union with your first query subject.

Note: Instead of Union above we could have done Except or Intersection operation.
