Problem(Abstract)
When trying to send and email from Event Studio through the preview window or through Scheduling it fails after about 10 minutes with the following error: CNC-ASV-0001 Agent Service general error: Exception occurred: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError.
Symptom
CNC-ASV-0001 Agent Service general error: Exception occurred: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError.
Resolving the problem
The error is caused by an event returning too many results. If you limit the results to fewer values the email sends correctly.
