Problem
Planning Analyst & Manager (all versions) Description: One or more users are unable to log onto Analyst. Error message - [E US00052]Login failed (code=10114 -1) Solution: The user does not have access to the lockfiles on the server or the lockfiles have incorrect information in them (this may occur if a user incorrectly exited the program). Check the location of the files locks.log and logins.log on the network fileserver (detailed in the Locks= and Logins= paths in the network FILESYS.INI file). Check that users have read/write access to these files. If the users do have correct access to these files, log all users out of Analyst / Manager and delete the locks.log and logins.log files. These files will be regenerated the next time a user logs in.
Resolving The Problem
