How do I provide an update to, or check the status of, an existing PMR?

Via E-mail
- Send an email to aix_support@ecurep.ibm.com with the subject line PMR xxxxx,xxx,xxx (Using the actual full PMR number provided when the PMR was opened). Please note that this method is only suitable for updating or checking the status of existing PMRs and cannot be used to create a new PMRs. Also note that it is important to include the full PMR # in the subject line in order for the email to be processed.
