What are the important files/folders to be backed up in Telelogic Change?

Answer

$CS_HOME refers to the path where Telelogic Change (also called Telelogic Change) is installed. 
$VDE_HOME refers to the path where the TDS (Telelogic Directory Server, also called VDE or LDAP or SDS) is installed.
 
1. The process.xml file which is used to create a process package.
PATH: $CS_HOME\cs_app\webapps\synergy\WEB-INF\cr_process directory

2. The package Template which has files relative to the process and used while creating a package.
PATH: $CS_HOME\cs_app\webapps\synergy\WEB-INF\package_templates directory

3. The pt_listbox.cfg file, which stores the listbox values of the process.
PATH: $CS_HOME\cs_app\webapps\synergy\WEB-INF\wsconfig directory

4. The triggers which is used for the process.
PATH $CS_HOME\cs_app\webapps\synergy\WEB-INF\wsconfig\triggers

5. ptcli.cfg file which has the T-Relations used for the process.
PATH: $CCM_HOME\etc directory.

6. The TDS data directory which holds user information and their preferences.
PATH: $VDE_HOME\data
 
7. The TDS backup directory which holds the backup of the TDS Data directory.
PATH: $VDE_HOME\backup

8. pt.cfg which has the core information of Change installation.
PATH: $CS_HOME\cs_app\webapps\synergy\WEB-INF\wsconfig directory.
