Question

All files underneath the RealTimeBackup folder for the local and remote backups can be deleted with one single command in Continuour Data Protection for Files.

Cause

For deleting all the files under the RealTimeBackup folder of local and remote backups with Continuous Data Protection for Files the 'fpa clean' command can be used. This command will delete all backups from the RealTimeBackup folder and clean up the Continuous Data Protection for Files database as well.

Answer

The 'fpa' is in the Continuous Data Protection for Files install directory From a DOS/Command prompt, 'cd' to the Continuous Data Protection for Files install directory and run the command.


    fpa clean

This will completely delete all local and remote backups.
