Do we need to install ITCAM for RT Client Response Time monitoring tool on the Terminal Server instead of in the client system ?
Answer
Client Response Time Capabilities offers the support for monitoring applications running on Terminal servers. Actually, you install the CRT (formerly called CAT component in ITCAM for RTT V6.1 product) on the Terminal Server side / machine.
