The WebSphere Process Server guided troubleshooter was developed to assist you in the troubleshooting process for your WebSphere Process Server problems.

In order to use the WebSphere Process Server guided troubleshooter, you must install IBM® Support Assistant 4.0. Download IBM Support Assistant from the following URL: http://www.ibm.com/software/support/isa/

- Click on Overview of IBM Support Assistant
After you install IBM Support Assistant, follow these 5 easy steps to navigate to the WebSphere Process Server Troubleshooting Guide. Refer to the corresponding screen shots below for each step.
- Click the Analyze Problem icon
- Click the Guided Troubleshooter tab at the top of the page
- Fill in the Troubleshoot a problem radio button, then press Next
- Enter a case name in the Case Name field. This is a required field, then press Next.
- Filll in the radio button for WebSphere Process Server Troubleshooting, then press Next. You are on your way to troubleshoot your WebSphere Process Sever problem.
