After rebooting my server, I receive a 'CS_RC_CHECKARCHIVE_FAILED (-5)' error message
You have rebooted the server on which CommonStore and Content Manager are installed. The CommonStore Server does not start and the error message 'CS_RC_CHECKARCHIVE_FAILED (-5)' is written to the archint.trace file.
This error message is generated when the CommonStore Server (archpro program) is unable to connect to IBM Content Manager.
In most cases, the start phase of Content Manager has not been completed when the CommonStore Server tries to connect.
Make sure that the start phase of Content Manager has been completed before you start the CommonStore Server.
When you run services to start both applications, use the 'dependencies' option to ensure that the service does not start the archpro program before the start of Content Manager has finished.
