Abstract
ITIM 4.5.1/4.6 customers can now migrate an existing ITIM environment to a new ITIM 5.0 system.

Customers can install a new ITIM environment (Directory, Database and WebSphere) and move the data from their pre 5.0 environment to the new 5.0 environment, minimizing downtime to move to ITIM 5.0.

NOTE: Minimum required ITIM version is ITIM 4.5.1 FP36.
