Dear Valued Customer,

Effective July 1, 2008, IBM will be transitioning the solidDB support team onto IBM standard Support systems and tools. This transition will align solidDB support processes with IBM standard procedures and provide solidDB customers with added tools and functionality and increased access to support. The attached letter was mailed to all customers on record and provides all information required to prepare for this transition.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation while we conclude this transition. We are confident that once the transition is complete you will find that our ability to provide you with world class support will only be enhanced.
