Problem
If you generate a Web service binding on a new export created within WebSphere Integration Developer using an interface that was generated from a WebSphere InterChange Server migration, the Java™ files and deployment descriptors cannot be created successfully.
Cause
One-way operations and two-way operations within the same interface will have the same parameter name if the interface was generated by a WebSphere InterChange Server migration. Web service bindings generated from within WebSphere Integration Developer expect the binding style to be of type document which requires unique parameter names.
Resolving The Problem
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
- Open the generated binding file.
- Change the binding type from document to rpc.
- Save the binding file.
