How do you get access to IBM Rational Client Support during a "product evaluation" period?

Answer

During the evaluation period of IBM Rational Software you can access Client support by submitting a Problem Management Record (PMR) through the following site:
http://www.ibm.com/software/rational/support/downloads.html
Upon PMR submission, you will receive a response by phone or e-mail within 2 business hours as long as it is submitted between 8 AM - 8 PM EST Monday through Friday.

After initial contact with IBM Rational Client Support you can access support by calling 888-IBM-SERV (426-7378), follow the prompts to access Rational Software Support and reference the PMR number when speaking to a representative.
