Problem(Abstract)
The AWKSRI071E error is received when installing the Tivoli Dynamic Workload Broker (TDWB) v1.2 Agent Manager.
Symptom
Complete error:
AWKSRI071E The installation of the Tivoli Agent Manager failed. If it is
partially installed, uninstall it before re-running this step. The
Tivoli Agent Manager installation reported the following:
A problem occurred while creating the agent manager registry database.
The return value was 4. Check the db_stdout.log and db_stderr.log files

Cause
Undocumented Oracle tablespace names requirement.
Resolving the problem
To resolve this issue:
1. Check for the log:
<TDWBInstallLocation>/ITDWB/Server/AgentManager/logs/datastore_core.log
2. Check this log to see if it has an entry like this:
"ORA-00959: tablespace 'USERS' does not exist"
or
"ORA-00959: tablespace 'TEMP' does not exist
3. If these messages exist, then the solution is to make sure that the USERS and TEMP tablespaces exist and then rerun the failed step.
