Question
How do I clear the Netcool/Reporter temporary directory?
Answer
On your Netcool/Reporter server, run the following script:
$INFOHOME/util/CleanFiles on UNIX or Linux
%INFOHOME%\util\CleanFiles.bat on Windows
This will run a Java process which will go through your Netcool/Reporter installation and clear out reports which have been marked for deletion and will empty the infospc/websqlbr/tmp folder.
